Chef Cheez began his start in the food business over 20 years ago working as food prep, cashier, cook and varies other positions in several recreational concession stands for his father’s business  –WD Enterprise, Inc. 

    Combining his expertise of both food and entrepreneurship, Chef Cheez founded 

My Southern Eatery, a catering company that has provided food service for 100 Black Men of Atlanta, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.,  Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., several Metro Atlanta High Schools, and more. 

   With his strong family values, Chef Cheez created the Chef Cheese Cuisine to both not only continuing his family’s legacy, but also enhance the food experience of a diverse group of consumers by making them all feel like family.
